Parmesan Rosemary Garlic Chicken

Prep: 5 min/Makes: 4 servings

4 chicken breast halves
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
oil

In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil on medium-high heat. Add garlic, salt, and rosemary. Cover and simmer until chicken is tender. Add Parmesan cheese and cook another minute. Great with alfredo pasta.
